Long Description: The Department of Africana Studies is proud to announce the tenth annual JABALI (THE ROCK) AFRICAN CULTURAL CELEBRATION to be held on Friday, December 11, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chestnut Room, Kilcawley Center. Keynote speaker for the event will be Mayor Jay Williams. His topic is "Youngstown on the Rebound." Entertainment will be provided by the Harambee Youth Group and the African Student Union. Dinner is $25 for adults, $10 for students, and $175 for a table of 8.
