Description: The Family Garden is the perfect environment to have fun and gain the physical and mental benefits of yoga taught by Heidi Suraci. Teens will develop positive self-esteem while building strength and flexibility. Bring a mat, small blanket and bottled water. Call Fellows Riverside Gardens for information.
