Artist Doug McLarty's work is now on display at the Weller Gallery. His nature-based images make use of intricate and often whimsical botanical designs along with unusual material combinations. McLarty uses digital scanning technology to reveal unique patterns and perspectives.  The exhibit is free. Dr. Ray Beiersdorfer, Youngstown State University distinguished professor of geology, is continuing the YSU lecture series on Energy and the Environment for the fourth academic year. This fall the impacts of fossil fuel take center stage.
