SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Tyler Wibley, 18, was born with cerebral palsy and recently had his 18th surgery for the condition. His family’s landlord purchased a van for them to transport Tyler more easily, and Austintown Lions made a donation to help purchase a lift to be installed on the car. From left are Jennifer Polcha, Tyler’s mother; Tyler; and Nick Wibly, Tyler’s father. In back is Bob Melcher, vice president of Austintown Lions. The family is accepting donations for medical expenses. For information, call Bob Whited at 330-792-7907, or email olebert1@aol.com.
