Hi this is Tom one of the owners of The Cell. We have different specials now. Thursday is $2.00 drinks all night. Fridays are Lucky Dice Night get drinks as low as .25 cents and Saturdays are now ladies night w/ $1.00 drinks all night and coming in September we are going to be open 5 nights Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., and Sat.

In order to be a successful operation, you need to avoid serving minors (under 21) alcohol. My under age son returned home from a visit to your establishment totally annihilated. I realize that is his responsibility, but you must do your due diligence in preventing underage drinking. Or, you should be SHUT DOWN. I will be watching....
i think the real problem here is that your son is a total narc
i think everyone in youngstown between the ages of 18 and 20 knows to go to the cell to drink because they serve everyone. there is always one place in Ytown that does this whether it was Ernie McDougal's, Jay-Jay's, etc. I heard the cell was closing because of too many underage violations from someone so its just a matter of time...all places like this eventually get shut down.
rofl @ the cell closing. I'm mostly laughing cause like Shenanigans the cell had a dumb dress code. It's 2008, clothes do not cause fights. There's no prevalent gang wearing hoodies, pants with zippers or jogging pants. The fights happen when you attract dumb kids that have cheep alcohol in them, trying to impress slutty chicks. I'm also sure the crappy music has a little to do with the people you attract.
