Perched high above the hustle and bustle on the second story is Youngstown's favorite kept secret; The Upstairs' Restaurant. Locally owned and operated for 17 years. Once a favorite nightlife hotspot, the Upstairs has turned into white linen table cloth dining experience. Newly remodeled, the Upstairs now offers guests a non smoking dining room, outdoor patio and a retail wine store.

The Upstairs' has long been known for their famous ribs, boston scrod "San Francisco Style" and Lebanese night!! Along with their Lebanese specialities, they hand cut USDA choice steaks, smoke prime rib on their outdoor spit, and some say they have the freshest seafood above sea level.

Lunch is also served Monday through Friday starting at 11:00am. With daily features consisting of salads, burgers, sandwiches, seafood and soups, finding something to relish is only a taste bud away.

Wine Down, the retail wine store has a vast selection of wines from around the world. Special orders, wines by the case and gift baskets are available.
