This is going to stir the pot, but I’m going to say it anyway. I don’t think there was a problem with the Palestinian flag being displayed, the issue was more or less with the way it was displayed…by itself on a flagpole on Federal Plaza, a public area essentially owned by U.S. taxpayers. The appropriate thing to do would have been to display the American flag above the Palestinian flag on that pole. This isn’t to say, “America is superior to Palestine,” it’s simply a sign of respect for the country in which you live and freely play your music.

This is absurd. So I'd have to invite my parents over to babysit me while I enjoy a beer??
We all enjoy our alcohol immensely in Youngstown, even (perhaps especially) our political figures. I'd be surprised if this legislation actually passes.

I think the plan here is to create a city that companies will want to bring their businesses to, thus creating jobs. It's not going to happen overnight, but all good things take time. The Wick Park Revitalization is just one piece of the larger puzzle.

I don't know of a foreign country that you could do the same thing in, with an American flag, and not receive scrutiny.
